This day is organized individually in all the branches across India on the 4^th of every month. On this day all the employees in a specific branch, the HODs and other higher authorities including the chairman, Mr. Ramesh Agarwal come together to discuss the problems of the employees. The problems may include anything starting from work environment, financial help, co-workers, targets, etc.
